We utilized a specific marketing plan to first garner interested and spark curiosity, and then to maximize traffic at the very first showing of Sunny's house. We accepted an offer the first day the house was shown, and had a magnificent turn out at the open house. It was a pleasure to work with Sunny and Les, not only finding them the new home of their dreams, but also quickly selling their home to make the transition as easy as possible.
